For every 20 minutes of looking at a screen, shift your gaze to an object about six meters away for 20 seconds. This habit helps your eye muscles rest. Also adjust your screen brightness to match the room lighting and keep a comfortable viewing distance.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, try setting time limits on device use for entertainment.
